always puts your best interests first?
If you are buying or selling a home you will want this process to go smoothly.
When selling, most people feel it means getting their property sold fast and for the highest amount possible.
When buying, this means finding your dream home and getting into it at a price that fits within your budget.
Most likely, you will want someone you can trust. Someone who has got your back.
You will also want everything else to go as quickly as possible, and without any stress.
I will lay out a focused plan, a road map if you will.
You will be working with a professional who listens to you.
I provide expert advice with over 9 years of service and experience in our local market.
Throughout the process, I will be with you every step of the way.
I'll make sure your questions are always answered, and all the details are handled.
Your entire experience will be a positive one without any hiccups.
My track record means I know how to sell your home effectively.
My marketing is unique and not run of the mill, showcasing your property in the most effective way.
I stick to one simple rule when working with clients and that is to always tell the truth.
In any market I will tell you like it is, and not sugar coat things.
You will never hear a cheesy sales pitch from me in order to get your business.

When I'm away from work I enjoy spending a lot of my time outdoors. Surfing, stand up paddling, cycling, gardening, woodworking, volunteering, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
I know that caring for clients is the most important aspect of my job, hands down. When you make the important decision to buy or sell a home, I’m committed to going that extra mile to ensure that all of your needs are successfully met in a professional and honest manner.
The Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services (DORTS) form is designed to help educate potential clients about the options real estate consumers in BC have. Realtors® are only allowed to represent either sellers or buyers (not both sides) as clients. Once a decision has been made by the consumer (for example a buyer decides to hire a Realtor®) or (a seller hires a Realtor® to sell their property) this form outlines clearly what their rights are within that relationship as well as the duties and responsibilities that the Realtor® owes to their client. For more information and an overview of how Realtor®/Client relationships work - just reach out.
The Privacy Notice and Consent form is designed to help you better understand how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed – and how Realtors® protect your information during and after a real estate transaction. For more information and an overview of how this document works - just reach out.
The Disclosure of Risks to Unrepresented Parties (DORUP) form is designed to help educate real estate consumers in BC about the risks of being unrepresented. Realtors® are only allowed to represent either sellers or buyers (not both sides) as clients. This form is used to disclose to the consumer that the real estate professional providing the form cannot represent them in the transaction, because the real estate professional is already acting for a client in the transaction. This form also describes the limited assistance that a real estate professional can provide to a non-client, and encourages the consumer to seek independent representation for the transaction. For more information and an overview of what it means to be an Unrepresented Party - just reach out.
